"When I arrived home on August 31st at around 10:30 pm. I noticed water leaking from my air conditioning unit and was damaging my hard wood floor already. I immediately texted Charlie and asked him if he was available to come fix it. He replied whiting minutes and told me that he could be at my house the next day around noon. He arrived at 12:30 the next day and started working on my air conditioner. He had to cut the drainage pipes because they were clogged and were causing the water to leak. It took him about 1 hour and 30 minutes to fix it. I highly recommend Charlie's Plumbing Heating & Sewerage Service Ing. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the job. He was at my house at the promised time, although I wasn't expecting him to arrived at that time. This is the second time I hire Charlie's Plumbing Heating & Sewerage Service Ing. Thank you Cahrlie. Joe."

"We've now used Byran from Big Wrench for two very similar jobs, nasty fixes in the very tight crawlspace of our building in N Lawndale. First job we'd already gotten an estimate from a N side plumber we'd worked with before, but their price seemed very high and they didn't really seem to want to do the job. Luckily we found Byran. He took a careful look at the situation and gave a much lower price, which is exactly what he charged. On each job, Byran had to squeeze between joists through an access hole cut into the floor of a utility closet to get to the stacks. On the second job he had to lie on his back under the joists and work with his left hand while his right passed tools and materials over his chest. I watched him work both times (helped a little by passing tools etc) and was impressed at how careful and methodical he was, not just solving the immediate problem but also making it easier to do any future work (rodding etc.) Big Wrench is a one-man shop so bear that in mind, he can't answer the phone while his hands are full of hydraulic cement. Despite that though, I have found him very responsive. Byran is our go-to guy for plumbing, he's more than proven himself. Quality work at a very reasonable price. We also like companies where you deal direct with the owner. Highly recommended!"

"Mattco has been performing repairs and regular plumbing maintenance at my 116 year old Chicago 2-flat for many years. Over time with experience I have gained trust in Mattco Plumbing to get me out of big jams with the plumbing in this old building. Just recently Matt repaired the 2nd floor toilet drain line in the ceiling above my 1st floor bathroom in a very tight spot. I have had other plumbers walk away from the repair or just wanting to do the band aide repair. Matt was able to replace the entire drain line above the ceiling. I watched him do the repair. It wasn't easy, but he got it done. I have peace of mind because I know the repair will last for ever. I'm in my 50th year working and owning an HVAC company. I know a good technician when I see one. I trust in Mattco Plumbing."

"Aqua was very prompt and responsive when I first put in my inquiry. They were professional both on the phone and in person, and very respectful and amicable. The plumber that came, James, was well vetted and knew his plumbing; he was respectful and nice, and performed the job efficiently and effectively. I would hire them again, the only catch as always is pricing. It seemed a little high for pipe replacements (852 for the sink, minor fixes/tightening on another sink) but they provided an in-home quote beforehand for free, which other companies require payment for (HUGE PLUS). Would hire again."

"Arrived exactly on time - replaced outside kitchen line cast iron and replaced - also replaced our toilet and unclogged a bathroom sink. All work was done perfectly. Excellent customer service, called at 4PM the night before and arrived at exactly 7AM the next morning as promised. I would recommend Mike Orlando to anyone with any type of plumbing issues, you will not be disappointed."

"Outstanding service from start to finish. The technicians were phenomenal and took care of every detail, from removing our old unit to installing the new tankless water heater. The job required custom retrofitting and running new piping to make sure the unit fit properly, and the crew handled it all seamlessly. Clean, efficient, and top-tier craftsmanship. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them."

"A1 Patrick, is by far the best I have ever used. Great customer service, very knowledgeable of what he is doing. Patrick is my go to guy whenever I have issues with my plumbing issues and I have used him since 2012! Definitely recommend him! A+ work!"

"They installed access to my upstairs bathtub drain and then rotted it out."

"I would hire them again . I have a summer plumbing project for which they will be my first call."

"Great! We had several quotes and recommendations from other plumbers to correct our blocked sewer issue and all required digging in our lawn. Vasyl found a way to clear our sewer without digging and charged much less than the others. He is very professional, respectful and honest. I highly recommend 2 Plumbers for all plumbing needs. We will definitely call them again!"
