"Emiliano Gutierrez was the plumber sent to diagnose and fix the leak from upstairs toilet down to living room ceiling. He did an amazing job and saved me a fortune. Another â customâ plumber had said the toilet would need replacing and was estimating at $2500. But, Emiliano first pulled up toilet to check whether wax ring was faulty ( it was). Replaced it and tested thoroughly before replacing toilet. Cost-$195.00 Total. An honest, skilled, friendly, kind professional plumber that is now my â go toâ expert at my apartment building in Beverly Hills. Power Pro Plumbingâ s service is impeccable, and I recommend them highly. Lorraine Lawrence"

"I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. I paid him and shuck his hand. I recommend Art for your household plumbing needs. He was excellent."
