"I hired a plumber through HomeAdvisor using prepay but I would not recommend this service. The contractor left a leaky pipe that caused water coming up through carpet. I had to purchase a wet vacuum to dry out the carpet. I had to contact HomeAdvisor again and hired Dave the Plumber, LLC who had to redo the installation done previously. Dave the Plumber replaced all the piping and outside spigot because of a water leak the previous contractor left. Thank you Dave the Plumber for being a professional and a job well done."

"Excellent experience. We had 2 Bathrooms remodeled. It took them only 2 days to demo old and install new. We had 2 crews, Randy (Lead) and Charles for one bathroom and Marvin Ladipoh (Lead), Sam & Antonio on the other. These men know their trade and know customer service as well. No question was too small and they encouraged questions throughout the process. Every concern I had was addressed and resolved immediately. Highly professional and courteous and absolutely all about the quality of work. Even though they had a 4 hour commute (2 each way) each day, I never did I get the impression they were hurrying just to get it done and go. I've dealt with many contractors my sixty plus years and I have never had such a positive experience with any contractor or company in all of my life. I don't say that lightly."

"The most professional and best contractors we’ve ever used. Robbie remodeled our master bath and did an excellent job. He was reasonable, had great communication and does quality work. We will hire him again."

"It was excellent, we're quite happy with the service. The young man who install the shower was very professional."

"Rapid response, got done quickly. Decent price compared to other plumbers. Stripped one screwhead on the faucet but it is secure."

"Issue after issue, was No Problem for John P. who took care of everything that was a problem with the plumbing. The service was outs"

"Five Stars. Background: we hired ARMS Home Improvement to completely remodel two bathrooms: Master and Hall (remove tub and create walk-in shower). Required plumbing, electrical, paint, framework, waterproofing, flooring, and problem-solving for issues that arose in both. Allen worked diligently and patiently with us to provide the bathrooms we designed and envisioned. Provided us with vendors. Worked with us on scheduling. Left the workspaces clean and tidy EVERY day. Gave us options on many decisions for component placement and honored our choices and explained why it would or wouldn't work. Allen respected our community surroundings (parking, trash, etc.) and integrated the work seamlessly into our daily lives. We felt the price paid for the scope of work delivered was of great value. We recommend ARMS Home Improvement very highly for virtually any home improvement project you want to do."

"This was the best team of people to work with. They were courteous, friendly, and willing to help me move things out of the way to install a sump pump. The estimate did not include anything unnecessary, I was treated like an intelligent human being, and the cost was great compared to the big companies. They filled in a gap in the floor and cleaned up afterwards too. My basement no longer leaks when it rains!"

"Very professional installers of my new walk in shower. They repaired dry wall and did plumbing and shower installation. Very happy with the job."

"Austin and Eli installed a new hot water heater for us. They did an outstanding job, very efficient and professional. They are a great business to work with. If you need any plumbing work done, please contact Austin you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend this business!"
