"George Plumbing was awesome to work with. They explained everything very well and provided an honest quote. Not once did I feel like I was getting something sold to me. They showed up on time, performed the work in accordance with the estimate, and the plumber was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend."

"Setting up an appointment, responsiveness and punctuality were excellent. 19 months ago I had a leak on my residential water main repaired. Unfortunately the main is leaking again. I couldn't recall offhand who had done the work last time but did a quick search on Angie's List and chose A& A. From the moment I called, the experience was excellent. Carrie (sp? sorry) took my call and had me set up and had two techs at my door in less than two hours. The techs, Kyle and Dale were extremely quick in coming up with a price estimate. I don't want to say it was off the charts but.. I had watched the previous tech repair the leak in less than an hour. I went through my records and located the receipt. With a 10% discount, I had paid $270. On this call, A&A quoted me $475 for the same work so unfortunately I did not okay the repair."

"Caliente Water had a plumber available within hours of my Angi request. They sent Rudy, who arrived promptly and listened as I explained the issue and what other plumbers had said. It was a simple clogged bathroom sink, but Rudy was professional, courteous, and clearly experienced. He diagnosed the problem quickly and offered a fair price—less than half of what Champion Home Service quoted me, even with my Shield membership and their 10% discount! That was eye-opening. It made me realize how some "big" companies lose touch with customers and inflate prices once they grow. I’m ready to move on. Rudy explained each step as he worked, and true to his word, the sink was unclogged. Quick, clean, and effective. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Caliente Water for honest and quality plumbing service!"

"There was an issue after installation with a broken pipe. Carlos the Plumber went back to my house 3 times trying to find the problem. It was a very difficult broken pipe that even the city couldn't find. On the 3rd try, Carlos repaired the problem free of charge. He was professional, and made sure the work was complete. Excellent communication and showed up on time when he said he would."

"They were able to come out the same day. I talked to their firm and not a call service which was refreshing. I thought their price was reasonable. He was able to fix it that day and very polite and professional. as a comparison when I called the plumber, I used to use. I got a call center who were answering for multiple firms and they scheduled an appointment for me two days out that was the earliest they said they could get to me. But then I got a call back from the actual FIRM"

"He was able to to troubleshoot my problem over the phone. I was told my my another plumber that I needed a auger for my drain on the roof amd he didn’t do that. Dustin called and I explained the problem to him and he walked me through some step to try and the result was I didn’t need anyone on my roof and I really didn’t have a drainage problem after all. He could have came out and charged me but he didn’t. I really appreciated his honesty. I highly recommend Dustin and when I do need a plumber , I will definitely call him."

"Took Kevin a minute to diagnosed the clogged toilet issue and another minute to remedy the problem. He has the necessary tools to do the jobs most efficiently. He is very professional cognizant of his client's time. I'll use him again for all my plumbing needs and I'll recommend him to my neighbors when they have plumbing problems."

"I called to have the run-off hose on my a/c cleared because it was backing up and causing my unit to drip. The service technician was personable and worked quickly explaining the problem and how he was going to repair it. He did an excellent job. My only problem was with pricing. I was not given any idea over the phone as to how much it would cost. I had a coupon for a first-time customer, but I was not allowed to use it as my problem was not considered a repair. The cost was more than I anticipated, but the work was well done and the technician was excellent. For these reasons, I would feel confident using this company again"

"We had no hot water and no water at all in the master bathtub in our new (to us) house. I had talked with other plumbers and had one come over to see what the problem was. They all made guesses. They were all wrong. James from Enoch plumbing told me in less than 10 minutes what the problem was and he was right. Plumbing crossover and James was the only one to suspect it. And he got the water on in the master tub."

"This was the initial meeting with Carlton Brown, Design Consultant. I was impressed with the company and product knowledge of Mr. Brown. Having had work done with one of this company’s competitors, I appreciate the warranty offered on the work Genie completes and the attention to detail when designing the bathroom that Mr. Brown demonstrated. I’m looking forward to seeing the finished product!"
