"We had our tankless water heater drained - annual maintenance. They show up when they say they will and do it right the first time. In the past we've had issues with AC's, plumbing and more. Evey time they've exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend them for any heating, AC or plumbing. We've used them for well over 20 years and wouldn't want anyone else. They are the best."

"The Plumber was careful and took much pride in his work. The job entailed opening up a hole in the wall to get to the leaking pipe. The Plumber took great care in how he cut the hole so it would be easy to repair the wall in a way that you can't tell the wall was cut open. While performing the repair, he was quick and complete. No more leaks. This was an emergency repair on a Saturday night and he did the repair with a great attitude. I would call them again for any plumbing work."

"We installed a new Plumbing service from the meter to the house and re-fed all the existing irrigation from the house to eliminate a large underground leak. Estimate was fair (low bid of 3 quotes). Service was outstanding, the crew professional and polite. All the repairs were completed on time with no extra charges. Mike also had some great ideas to make the job better and less expensive. No mess was left after they cleaned up each day. Highly recommended."

"Steven was very professional, polite, and did excellent work. I was frightened of being price gouged but that was definitely not the case. I trusted Steven within minutes and made him my future plumber. This is stress-relieving since my home is now 48 years old. He knew the type of plumbing installed at that time and informed me of what to watch in case it causes problems. He was also available for questions since the setting needed some adjustments. I would totally and with confidence suggest using Plumb Tech for your plumbing needs. Retired teacher Mary"

"I called Ly's Plumbing due to a leaking pipe inside the wall behind my water heater. Within the hour that I called, he arrived. He was very thorough in assessing the issue, and explained what he would need to do in detail before repairing. Price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him."

"5-Star Review for Chado Plumbing! I had the pleasure of working with Francisco from Chado Plumbing, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received. Francisco did an amazing job replacing my main waterline—he was professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. From the moment he arrived, he took the time to explain the process and made sure I understood every step of the repair. The work was done promptly and with great care, and Francisco went above and beyond to ensure everything was functioning perfectly. On top of the excellent service, the price for the job was very reasonable. I was quoted thousands more by another plumbing company that I felt was just trying to rip me off, but Chado Plumbing saved me a ton of money while still providing top-tier service. It's rare to find such great service these days, and I truly appreciate the dedication and expertise Francisco brought to the job. If you're in need of plumbing services, I highly recommend them"

"This is a really nice service company.  Dave and his crew are pleasant to have around.  They work with you to achieve the end result you're looking for.  They are willing to run to Home Depot, to try something out, and to come out for several jobs taking only a day or larger jobs that might take several days.  The idea of a "handyman" is very useful to us as homeowners, saving us from hiring several expensive workers for smaller jobs that involve basic electrical installation, plumbing, painting, woodworking and repair, or tile installation or repair."

"The tech was professional and arrived on time.  The general routine cleaning went fine.  However, the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue. He did notice the unit leaning a bit and straightened it out, but a couple of months later during another hot spell the unit was leaking again.  I called them and they sent the field manager who cut and replaced a very crooked condensate line and it appeared all was resolved.  Fast forward 10 months of rare usage: after 3 days in a hot spell - the leak reappeared.  I shut off the a/c and waited for a good 5 months before calling a different plumber who blasted out the main condensate and the secondary line, and tested it by running a gallon of water through the line.  I don't believe the line was sufficiently cleared if at all, the first two visits with Carini. This seems like a pretty routine issue with condensate lines so I'm disappointed that it would have been either overlooked or insufficiently cleared out.
