"Chris arrived on time. He proceeded to repair lines and was very neat. He took a one hour "break" to get plumbing supplies. Came back and finished job. He exceeded expectations. Cost was high ($900) but was far more reasonable than one plumbing company charged back in 2010 for 1/4 of the work similar to this one. Time was 5 hours (09:18-14:18). Overall good job!"

They combined both outgoing sewer lines leaving our basement and used that opportunity to bring our plumbing back up do code too. To me that was a demonstration of their concern for the customer over their own profits. They were also ethical in their pricing by not charging us for something they missed when the inspector came by."

"Matt cleaned our the drain line and about 3 weeks later I noticed it was leaking again and I called and talked to Wendy and Matt came back and took another look at it and he notice 2 drain lines need to be resealed and since he has done that I have not had anymore leaking as of today. We had odd shaped walls but they handled this professionally. Mike the installer was professional, but he did a quality job, he also run into a little plumbing problems, so I had to get my own plumber there to help them out, otherwise everything was good. I am happy so far, it is been 2 weeks of using my new shower and so far so good, very easy cleanup, just wipe down which I Love!!"
