He chatted with me and walked me through some possible fixes I may be able to do on my own and then gave me a quote when I wasn’t able to fix the issue. Set me up with an appointment early the next morning and he was right on time and got me fixed up super quickly so I could still make it to work. He even gave me some maintenance tips to help keep my old toilet working correctly and help me get some more life out of it. Super helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and fairly priced. The plumber was very professional and did not hesitate in offering tips on repairs that were small DY items.  He was very honest, helpful, and understanding of my being a female that had already been "ripped-off" (taken advantage of financially). He also understood my limited funds situation and the need to do some work DYI.  This was a huge help considering the amount of work that needed to be done to the house by myself with NO help.
