After having him back a second time for massive leaks, he still failed to properly install the drain pipes without leaks. I called Bowers Plumbing Company to fix his mess. They were prompt to respond and Matthew was very professional and did a great job. The cost was also extremely reasonable as well. The old saying holds true... buy cheap, buy twice. "This company was extremely efficient from the secretary who answered the phone to the dispatch of a person named Jeremy the next morning who arrived on time as scheduled. I was requesting an estimate to replace my main water line because I had no water pressure. Jeremy quickly assessed my problem and suggested we bypass my 24 yr. old water softener. When we did that I had all the pressure I needed. A reasonable diagnosis fee was less than $3,000.00 to replace a water line. I would recommend this company to anyone."

The installer explained what he was going to do and ensured he would keep everything neat during the project. He covered the carpet so not to track dirt into the house.
