"Called a total of 5 plumbers to fix a sewer line issue. 3 were not in the ballpark. AME and another competitor were very close in their offer. Mark was able to come out quickly to see the issue. Also, Mark noticed the sewer line in the basement was hanging low and made an easy recommendation how to fix. The day before the scheduled appointment to perform the work I received a text confirming what time he would show up which I appreciated. I had concerns with digging up some of the underground sprinkler system but Mark assured me he would be careful not do any damage but said he would repair if there was any damage. While digging a 6 foot hole there was an irrigation line that he was able to work around. The job was finished in the time I was told. Mark was also nice enough to correct the sewer line in the basement he mentioned on his original visit. I would highly recommend Mark for any plumbing issues you have."

"Hiring John, the owner of Viper Jet Plumbing to repair a substantial leaking pipe associated with our tankless water heater system was an excellent choice. Being a new house owner in Seaside Park, I didnâ t have a regular plumber. Many other plumbing companies didnâ t even return my call, except John. He arrived on time.
