"Mr. Dave Booth came by to meet with my husband and I. We allowed him to give his entire and quot;presentationand quot;, but never expected it to go on for 3 hours. He is clearly knowledgeable in his field and shared a lot of information with us. However, perhaps I misunderstood what this company does. Basically, he had no interest in helping us remodel the entire bathroom! All he wanted to do was sell us the new kind of shower. We were good sports about it, and cooperated with the whole thing - asking questions and answering his questions about what we would select if we purchased it. We were open to the idea, but came away with an estimate over $10,000 to redo the shower and nothing else in the bathroom! It was a very big disappointment. I am guessing if you want this new kind of shower with the latest materials, it would be great - and expensive. We wanted more than just a shower install, so we would not consider using this company.

"The tub was purchased by the Plumbing company I Hired to instal it"

"I had an outstanding experience with The Hot Water People! They came out to fix my stand-up shower, and I couldn't have ask for better service. They were prompt, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The shower is working perfectly now, and they even took time to explain what went wrong and how they fixed it. Five stars all the way! Highly recommend them if you shower or water heater work done! A special shout-out to Josh, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was just right. Thanks Josh!"

"GREAT. House look great and work done in a timely matter"

"Dustin and crew Brandon explain and worked in hot temperatures to get my drainage issue fixed."

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"
