Drained the grease trap and did their best to clean the drain lines running from the Kitchen/Laundry room to the trap. They couldn't completely unblock it. They cleaned the lines as best they could and they performed an additional service of pressure hosing the lines which they didn't charge me for when it didn't quite work. I have to say it's not because they didn't try.... I wound up having to call Roto-Rooter to finish the job.  Overall...The two men that came out were knowledgeable about what they were doing. Made every effort to help me correct the problem with the tools that they had.. I have kept their card and will definitely call them back in the future.
