"The plumber was good. Very personable. He did a good job. The cost seemed rather high, especially for no more than 15-20 minutes work."

"If I ever need plumbing service again (I live in an apartment so it’s unlikely, but never say never), Randy’s will get the first call"

"As a person in the plumbing trades both new construction and service work I have come to appreciate the skills of someone who does a craft full time and is encouraged to develop skills to make it “their” full time occupation and career. Drain cleaning is part of maintaining a plumbing system. It is a craft different than installing and repairing plumbing but it is just as important to do it correctly. The other values in McDonough’s services are several having the equipment and personnel trained and available is paramount to this no matter how big a job has gotten they have never stopped until it was completed! The other feature that is not fully understood by many is that it is always best to use someone that has only one purpose in mind and that is to get the drain cleaned and inspected and has no reason to up sell you on some repairs or replacement that you don’t need. That why we use them as a plumbing company and recommend them to our valued clients. Great company that invests in training, retaining and having the equipment that their service people need to be efficient, productive and provide the services that they are being relied on to provide."

"Jason will be my first call if needing a plumber again. Updated me on arrival time. Worked fast and efficient. Iâ m totally satisfied and recommend him to others."

"Recently had Great Lakes Renovations totally gut our bathroom. The tiling was superbly done. The job was completed in time allotted. Cleanup was completed each night. There were no surprises or hidden /unexpected costs. The crew was professional and friendly. They listened and consulted with my wife. Smart guys."

"They responded quickly and scheduled the same day. No nonsense or gimmicks, just fixed the plumbing issue. I’ll call them next time."

"They responded quickly to my request. Came in next day, quoted me a price and completed job. Removing corroded facets on laundry tub and replacing. Bathtub/shower facet, piping replacement . Now all the water is flowing through the shower head. Oakly did a excellent job, was friendly, quick and would request again for future projects."

"Job was done right and the plumber was professional and easy to work with"

"Ronnie was very pleasant and professional. The job was done quickly and the cost was reasonable. I needed a new kitchen faucet. I had some other unrelated questions and he looked at the items and was very helpful. He also did a nice job cleaning up after the job. I would definitely hire him again and would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber."

"Matt was an absolute delight! Professional, timely, efficient, affordable, and explained to us exactly what was happening and how to prevent it. He was even SUPER sweet to our very shy dog. Exactly what you want from a plumber: gets the job done, for not an insane amount of money, and makes the hair stuck in your drain just about as pleasant as one can make it. A+, Matt!"
