"I really appreciate Roto-Rooter's honesty and professionalism. A tech from another company over charged me for the same work and told me I had problems that it turns out I didn't have. Will was very efficient and respectful just like the previous tech from Roto-Rooter, that have come. The operator on the phone was also very nice and called me when they had a cancellation so they were able to move up my appointment and save me time off work. "It went well. We had a previous company out to work on it 3 years ago. The Master Plumber found the issue to be the original home owners did not do any of the pump replacements to code. Also the pipe underground to the well was under code for the pressures involved. He would warrenty his work but only until the old pump. His request was to change it all. Dig a trench to the house and replace it all with stronger pipe. If he could do it of course the price would be higher but he would warrenty for 20 years. While working he would show us all the evidence of why the upgrade as well as the process. Meanwhile his price was pretty good. He gave a flat price in the beginning and it didn't change or fluctuate throughout the process even though a lot of manual labor was required just to get to the original repair area. Overall i would hire them again. I would say they are trust worthy and knowledgeable about their stuff. He punctual for his appointment times as well. All in all 16 hrs of labor, many feet of pipe, and a few dozen fittings."

"Pressure tank for my well ruptured. Appleton Campbell literally responded in a minute or 2, and within 2 hours someone came out to give me a quote and said that this could be fixed by 2 pm. I hired them and sure enough everything was done very quickly and I had water again! Price was a little higher than I expected but it was definitely worth it due to the professionalism of the crew they sent to do the work. I would definitely hire Appleton Campbell again!"
