"Outstanding service was provided by PipeWorks start to finish. Very clean (booties, drop clothes, no damage), very professional for a reasonable price. I continue to use PipeWorks because they are extremely HONEST and use nothing but quality materials (they know the required plumbing codes) with no short-cuts (no pushy ad-on sales). The plumbers that have done work for me are highly qualified and easy to talk to (they are happy to answer any questions). I come from a family of people across the trades, and I can say PipeWorks is highly respected within the trades."

"Jason (my plumber) was very courteous and knowledgeable. He determined the problem and corrected it quickly, and also pointed out and fixed a potential problem I would be having. I will be using them for my plumbing needs in the future."

"They did a great job! They were helpful in planning when I outlined the project. The plumber who came was very personable, efficient and helpful. The work was completed very quickly. I would use them again."

"The plumber was good. Very personable. He did a good job. The cost seemed rather high, especially for no more than 15-20 minutes work."

"Oscar is great. Our kitchen sink was clogged and we needed it fixed quickly. Oscar called within minutes after I submitted the request on Angi and he was able to fix the problem that day. The price for his work was very reasonable. Oscar is now my go to person for plumbing repairs."

"Aleksey worked on a small bathroom where we were converting a tub to a shower and replacing all the tile. He was very attentive to detail and consulted me appropriately on decisions regarding the final design and other issues related to the conversion of a tub to a shower.  He was also able to give me good advice on grout color and the specific type of grout to use. I think the final product looks great and will serve us well for many many years.
This was a difficult job not because the space is so large, but rather because it is a very small bathroom in an 8th floor condo. This means  that all the demolition trash and the new tile, mortar, etc. had to be taken up and down in an elevator. And, there is no attached garage for cutting the tile. Aleksey worked very well within these constraints personally carrying  the heavy loads of garbage and the mortar, etc. Seeing how hard he had to work to do this job, I can tell you that it was worth every penny to have him do it. I rated the price good versus excellent because it was expensive to hire out for this tiny bathroom. However, the quality is excellent and there is absolutely no way this could have been DIY, in my opinion. It would have take much much longer and I know I would not have had the quality needed.
I would recommend Aleksey to others needing tile work.

"Our sink pipes were leaking and previous plumber said probably due to back pressure related to blockage. Craig came out and was great to work with. Friendly, hard-working and explained everything. Would definitely hire again."

"Friendly intake after we requested service. Technician is on the way..stay tuned"

"Excellent job. Everything was well explained and neatly completed. Only thing that never ceases to amaze me is the labor costs, not just with Randy's but with all electricians and plumbers. Wish I could convince my son to pursue one of these career paths!"

"We got bids from several companies. Great Lakes did the best job explaining the options and the product and their quote was the lowest. Installers communicated, were on time and got the job done in a few hours. We are extremely happy with our new door."
