"Superior Plumbing did a great job. I chose Superior based on Angie's List reviews. Fortunately they led me in a good direction and so I have the opportunity to now add my honest review as well. Steve (the plumber from Superior) was at my residence within an hour of my call to fix a severely plugged sink drain line. I spent hrs with a power snake the day before and couldn't clear it. This was in early April with Covid lockdown going on. Steve was wearing all protective equipment (mask, gloves, shoe covers) and was very courteous and conscientious at this difficult time. This was reassuring to me. Steve was very knowledgeable and clearly explained everything to me and was just excellent in every way! He was able to clear both lines with two types of machines (took some time due to the bad plug up) and also replaced the bad pipe section and did a great job. He added an additional larger clean out tap as well which was a great idea in looking out for the customer. Cost was very reasonable and more than fair. Steve's professionalism, skill, knowledge, courteous polite nature, and genuine concern for customer safety and satisfaction is why I highly recommend Superior Plumbing. Steve was also very attentive to ensure everything was clean following the job. Great job Superior Plumbing, and thank you Steve for the excellent work you did! I highly recommend this plumbing company based on my excellent experience with Steve's visit to correct multiple plumbing problems in just a few hours. The fast response by Superior coming out so soon was also appreciated. I trust this firm based on this experience and its great knowing who to call should plumbing work be needed. "Our sump pump alarm went off after 10 PM and we needed a plumber to fix the problem. Our sump can not be down for hours or the basement will flood. We called a number of 24 hour plumbers and none would come. Western New York Rooter and plumber came right away and fixed our sump pump. Andrew was responsive and helpful.. We recommend this company in the strongest way."

"Everdry is an excellent company! This is our third time hiring them. Nine years ago, they installed basement drainage channels around the inside perimeter of our basement. We have not had even 1 drop of water leakage since then. Two years ago they installed 5 strips of Stablewall to one wall of the basement which had a slight bulge. We were able to paint over that so that it blended in with the rest of the wall. Stablwall has prevented any further bulging of that wall. At that time, they explained that, although only half the wall had Stablewall strips, the entire wall was warranted against any additional cracking , bulging, or leaking. Recenty we noticed several hairline cracks between a few concrete blocks on this same wall. True to their warranty, Everdry promptly repaired the cracks at no additional charge. We also like that there is a lifetime transferrable warranty on all their work. Every time they have come, their workers have been very pleasant and professional, answering any of our questions, and cleaning up thoroughly. I cannot give this company enough stars!"
