"I've had to repeatedly call for plumbing service to clear a washing machine drain pipe, which is part of very old plumbing in a rental unit I own. With a previous plumber, they kept removing a replacing the fitting to the drain pipe. Personal plumbing simply installed, efficiently and at a reasonable cost, a drain clean-out (and I may not be remembering the exact name of this simple part). He also checked the work that had been done on the toilets to make sure that everything was done correctly.  I'm a stickler for doing things right and up to code and Bob was on the same page with me.  It's not easy to find a really good plumber.  Bob has earned my future business.
