"Kirkwood Plumbing was very responsive, sending a highly qualified technician within 24-hours. He did an incredible job replacing old cast stacks and vents to our 2nd floor bath. The further comment that I would make is they are not cheap. I'm still trying to reconcile their cost for a 7-8 hour job, but the results couldn't be better."

"Absolute best. I had three bids. One was way over the top. The other bid was slightly lower than the one from Maplewood Plumbing, but they stopped responding to my questions after I asked them two times. I understand that if it was just a $200 job, then it would not be worth the time, but $2,500 was no chump change. Couldn't I ask just a couple more questions to make sure I knew what I was getting into? Maplewood plumbing was different, from start to finish. They even came out a second time to take a closer look to reassure me on what needed to be moved or removed first in order to start their work. I doubt many companies would want to do that. The plumbers working on the job were happy to answer questions as well. There was a small drip in the water supply line/shutoff valve area of the toilet after they were done with the job, They fixed it after a call. Some companies just leave these loose ends unfixed, but they didn't. The office staff was also responsive and professional. All in all, they were such a pleasure to work with. Will definitely hire them for future plumbing needs."

In the initial house call, Mike determined there were collapsed pipes under the foundation. We were given an estimate to replace the original main plumbing stack, along with replacing the collapsed pipes below ground. This estimate was much cheaper than the other bids we received. The work was completed in a timely manner and for exactly the amount of the estimate. During the service, Mike kept us posted on the progress of our plumbing issues. Our storage items in the basement were protected from debris from the jackhammering which we appreciated. Upon completion of the work, the area was left very clean. "I selected this company based on their excellent rating on Angie' list and BBB rating. I had several bids some higher some lower but I liked the company's (Darryll) bid which was easy to understand, their design, and willingness to listen to what I wanted. I selected all of the fixtures and tile from their showroom and vendors. Darryll was very helpful in the selection process. Everything stated in the contract was completed on time and within budget in a quality manner.
 Once the company starts the project they are onsite everyday with the same folks until it is completed. All of the workers, James, Nick and Jim were professional, hard working, respectful, and extremely good at what they did. James the master craftsmen handled absolutely everything. Daily status was given as to the progress each day. My only involvement was to give input a few times to verify that my expectations were being met. James did beautiful work on everything but especially on the framing, shower and floor tile and reinstalling the wood paneling . The crew cleans up each day to minimize any impact to you.
The plumbing and electrical contractors did a great job as well.
Angie responded quickly to any questions and also kept me informed of the schedule. 
All of the fixtures were delivered on site as needed so there was never a delay in waiting for something to come in. Everyone worked so very well as a team.
The end result for my very first, long over due remodel job, was a great experience with a great company and a bath that exceeded my expectations. Thank you so very much!
