"Asked for bathroom addition. Addition. Meaning not an existing bathroom. They just wouldn't hear it, I have to get my own plumber, electrician, contractor, permits & inspections. Once this is done, then they would come in and do finish work. I explained what were looking to do, in detail, and she was adamant to set an appt even though they won't do the work. Hmmm. Turns out it's a call center trying to set the appt, not actually bath planet. I filled out the request form checking all the boxes and verbiage. I got about 20 calls from various companies and not a single one of them do this work. So what's the point of using a service if it doesn't provide what is needed? Won't use Angi again."

"I had called everyone that might help me fix my dishwasher...pumped the septic, snaked the main sewer line, called appliance repair, replaced the heating element, verified that the drain hose went from high to low; my dishwasher was still back flowing scrud onto my clean dishes at random times. Signed up with Neli, and had the answer to my problem in 15 minutes. James F gave me the part number for replacement and wa-laa, I’m waiting for it to come in the mail. I am very impressed and will use this service again as needed."
