"Mr. FIX IT has a great customer service team that are very helpful and friendly. They keep you informed every step along the way! The installation team of Kevin and Eddie were very professional and possessed ultimate knowledge of their task. They installed a new "Jacuzzi Bath" converting my 40 year old bathtub/shower combination into a beautiful and modern walk in shower! It looks fantastic! I will say that the conversion was not cheap, but quality materials and workmanship never is! I highly recommend "MR. FIX IT" and would not hesitate to use their services in the future! "I actually had two services completed - The installation of a heat pump and a new water heater. They arrived right on time and completed both jobs in a day. Jesse and Jonathan did an excellent job. This was a 3rd-floor condo unit so the outside unit was on the roof of the 5th story, I could not have been more pleased with the outcome - a very professional and thorough job. They even relocated the thermostat to a better wall location. Very easy to work with and the most important thing to me was they obviously take a lot of pride in their work and it's always a pleasure to deal with people who do what they say. Highly Recommended!!"

"My installer was meticulous and paid attention to every little detail. He did excellent workmanship and had pride in his accomplishment. I love the results and was glad I had the shower enlarged and the ceramic is beautiful. It is a pleasure to take a shower."

"Don P. was great! He explained exactly what we needed to do and told us how to order the parts and save money. Thank you"

I like what I do. Always something different, and always meeting new people. I've been doing plumbing/handyman services for over 35 years, and I still learn something almost every day. My work has carried me all over Virginia, and my customers have always called me for more work when they needed it.\nI like that. If I don't know something, I'll find out, or, I'll pass it on to someone who knows. \n I'm not afraid to bet you'll be happy with whatever I do for you.
