"My elderly Mother who lives about 30 miles away from me in Atwater Village, discovered a leak from her water heater. She told me that a friend of hers recommended a plumber. Like all Sonâ s I thought oh great, some plumber is going to come out and try and take advantage of her and charge her for unnecessary stuff. Nothing can be further from the truth. She called Giovanni from CHAJON PLUMBING. It was a Friday night (6:30 PM) and he said he would be at her house as soon as possible. Giovanni literally showed up within an hour, thoroughly explained to Her what needed to be fixed, and spoke to me on the phone to explain what the issues were. He said he would go get the parts and hurry back to fix the leak. He quoted us a very reasonable price and ultimately fixed the leak. He was so honest and kind that we had him come back to take care of some other plumbing issues that were neglected and we wanted fixed. I canâ t say enough about Giovanni, he is the upmost Professional. He loves his job, and it shows with the quality of his work. He kept us posted on when parts were available and when he would come over. If we ever had a question we would text him, and he would respond back immediately. "My house was built in 1926 and the sewer pipes have not been changed in over 50 years.  Plotke Plumbing would come out every year and snake out the roots in the main line.  This year they had a hard time breaking through, so I decided to have the camera run down the length of the pipe.  Roots were entering the seams of the clay pipe.  Giovanni did the camera inspection, which I watched while the camera went down the line.  He gave me an estimate on using a combination of pipe bursting and reline. Only 2 holes were dug and no trenching. He indicated the job would take 3 days, and offered to start a few days later, since there was no backup or emergency.  I have used Plotke Plumbing on big and small jobs for many years. I trust the owners and decided to go forward.  The crew showed up right on time, spent the first day doing the excavation, second and third day installing the new pipe and cleaning up.  I got to see the completed job by the camera that was inserted in the line for me.  I think they did a good job, showed up on time, did what they said they would do and delivered the finished job at the agreed price. Nobody likes to hear that they need a big plumbing job for their home.  Plotke Red Lilly works around my neighborhood all the time.  They would not be in business this long if they were not doing a good work and providing good customer service.

"John was very responsive. I called in the middle of the day, he listened to the issue I was having, and he sent his tech, Victor, to my home that same day. Victor was prompt, very professional and knowledgeable. He needed to replace the components inside my toilet tank and fix the shut-off valve to the toilet. He had everything he needed, was able to get the job done quickly, and I could tell the work was quality. I will definitely call John and Victor again for any plumbing needs.
