"Just moved into a very old home and needed a kitchen sink/drain backup cleared. Darin and son were first to return my call. The solution to a very deteriorated cast iron pipe connect was an elegant PVC bi-pass in basement with an easily accessible cleanout under the sink (I'll probably not need the cleanout but nice touch for down the road). The work was completed same day within reasonable time. Charges reflected the materials and quality of work. It ended up being less than I expected. I'm sure this won't be my last plumbing issue with an older home and I'm happy to say I have a plumber who clearly has the years of experience I can trust. I have a list of low priority issues I will be using them again for soon. Eagle NW team is professional and a pleasure to work with."

His carpentry skills are exceptional. He was very flexible, since as with most remodels, it is sort of a moving target, with many changes and additions along the way. "Thomas Excavation responded promptly to schedule a site visit. He had a plan for the work needed and a reasonable estimate within a few days. He arrived with equipment for the work as agreed. Regrading a steep road deeply eroded by spring rains, placing two culverts, re-routing water run-off in multiple places and plus repairing the deep ditch from water run-off across and down my driveway was done efficiently and professionally. I agreed to work with Dr. Energy Saver back in October, hoping to have the work done before the rains started. However, the work was just completed on December 31. The communication of the team was absolutely horrible - with each of the team members understanding that my project was at different points. I was told it was done multiple times - with the piping above-ground, and an alarm that was supposed to be installed still in the box. Brandon and his team finally got it figured out and did a great job communicating, but there was still confusion between the manager, Sean, and the office staff, who even threatened via phone to put a lean on my home, even though I had been calling and emailing them. Grateful to Brandon for his work, and his respectfully addressing my concerns. However, the rest of the team really needs to fix their communication and customer service."
