I put my needs into home advisor which suggested a couple plumbers to contact. The leak was very small (a drip every couple seconds), so I didn t want to bug someone at 9PM. I settled on calling in the morning. Within 30 minutes of my request, Dave gave me a call to check on the condition of my leak and ask me a few questions about my water heater. He was very helpful on the phone and was able to provide a fair priced quote based on the information and pictures I sent him. In less than 24 hours he had my water heater replaced. "I thought the plumber would have the fairly standard unit I needed. He didn't, so to get it fixed I went to Home Depot and bought a good replacement while plumber removed the old unit. That worked well and he said I saved a couple of hundred so, good. I haven't paid yet, because he needs to get new seats for the old bathroom sink faucet that has a very slow leak. Need to finish that part or just call it a project and take care of the bathroom later."
