When PSE&G determined my Rheem tankless hot water heater was not repairable (I have the Worry-Free Plan from them) I then looked for a plumber to do the installation of the new one. It was still under warranty so I was given a new one from Rheem and just needed it installed. He had to break up the concrete, cut out the old flange and replace. He patched the concrete and put the bathroom back to where it was.
