Shirley was also very polite and pleasant! Gary was our plumber today and he did a fantastic job for us. He arrived on time and completed his diagnosis of the issue. He explained his plan for repair of the issue and gave us the amount it would cost, which was very reasonable. He went right to work and finished in a timely manner. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work! We will use Keep Smiling Plumbing again if necessary and hopefully will have Gary as our plumber. Sincerely, Greg B."

I scheduled a visit with them & Jerimey Jackson came by & did a leak detection. It was determined that I had multiple leads in my water line and he gave me all of my options & pricing. He is an expert on everything to do with plumbing & a great guy too. My water heater is 23 years old, so I decided to replace that as well. Jerimey led the work crew the next day in replacing my water line & water heater replacement. All the work was complete that day & the results are very good! "I am leaving a review before the work is even started. I received a quote from another company and scheduled the work. When they showed up, they tried to triple the cost. I told them to get out of my house. I then called Rooter Pro Plumbing to come out and give me a quote. Jerimey Jackson came out and looked over the situation and then put me on a conference call with the owner. They agreed to match the quote I received from the other company even though it was seriously underbid. They are a great company to work with. They are scheduled to come out this week to start the project. I would highly recommend a company with such integrity in the employees and the owner. I look forward to working with them."
