"Al's Plumbing is the best. They called me right away when I requested a quote from several plumbers. Al the owner called me. I explained I had a Water Heater under warranty that was placed by Parker & Sons 4 years ago. They wanted to charge me almost the same price as I paid for it 4 years ago just to replace it. They said that is for the labor but it was under warranty. Al was super professional and very helpful. Al replaced it in a couple of hours and we had hot water! I will only use Al's Plumbing for all my Plumbing services. He is honest and gets the job done. Thank you Al!!"

We are very much enjoying it! Special thanks to Devin Kempster, designer/estimator, who listened to us and guided us through making a zillion choices of materials and fixtures. She was consistently checking with us as we moved through the remodeling process sharing many tips along the way. She is the one who caused us to select Kirk due to her professionalism and personna upon a first impression, even before we had estimates from three different companies. Actually, Kirk came in at slightly over $2,000 of the figure which we had given her, and we had figured in 10% more for safety anyway. Also, special thanks to Jim Graham, our superintendent, who kept in communication with us through calls and texts, informing us who and what would be appearing and happening throughout the entire process. Always responsive to us, when the work was not to our standards, sub-contractors were called back to correct and re-do it. Jim is greatly concerned about the satisfaction of the customers and the quality of the work. We were pleased with the plumbers, cabinet guys, tile guys, countertop guys and carpet guys. We were impressed with their craftsmanship, something only possible by training, experience and talent. We appreciated the electricians returning and assisting us with several electrical situations not included but influenced by the remodel. We also appreciated the quality of the shower doors. "The process began with an excellent designer who evaluated our master bathroom, made suggestions, did architectural drawings, and took us out to select the materials to be used.  The complete process from beginning of construction to completion was about 7 weeks.  A project supervisor was assigned and was in constant communication with us.  As with any major project, there were several minor issues, which they dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. They were very professional and competent from beginning to end.  We had one major issue after the work was completed... a leak in the shower plumbing wet our closet carpet and warped a couple of closet boards.  This is where they really shined ... within 1 hour of my call to them, they were onsite.  They took full responsibility immediately and set up the process to get it fixed.  They repaired the plumbing leak and paid for our carpet cleaning, replacement of the damaged closet boards, and provided racks to hang our clothes on while the repair was underway.  In the end, the bathroom and closet were restored to pristine condition.  We are so delighted with them that we have recently contracted to have them remodel our guest bathroom.  Cook Remodeling is outstanding and I can't recommend them highly enough.
