"I could not ask for a better experience from a plumbing contractor. The technician, Tony, was prompt, courteous, extremely quick in assessing the problem and getting my old water heater replaced. Valerie, who was the phone representative that took my initial call, was so helpful and kind to me. Not to mention, their pricing was very reasonable and more than competitive in our market. I will certainly be using Young Plumbing again for my home and I am going to spread the word to my neighbors and friends if they need a great plumber. Just a very satisfying experience on every aspect of their service."

"The entire experience with Regional Plumbing, Heating & Air was beyond my expectations."

"Michael from Downing Plumbing came out & did such an amazing job that I now will only call him to come out for any plumbing needs. He has 22 years experience & always has a smile on his face. He really knows his trade very well & has always been very efficient, shows up on time & honest with me. I would recommend Michael to everyone that is looking for a quality plumber.😁"

"The plumber showed up on time and got the job done quickly and correctly. I m quite happy and will call them again."

"Justin was amazing to work with and he used his skill to creat something unique. We used a 300 gallon pond as a filter for a 12,000 gallon pond. He used check valves to prevent back flow, adjustable valves to control the flow, and piping for aeration that requires only gravity to flow effectively."

"The technician arrived within a half hour of our initial call. Although he did not have the part on hand he made a quick trip to their service center and returned immediately with what he needed. The technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel it's also worth mentioning that the technician is also a combat veteran who served multiple tours overseas and is in the process of becoming a licensed plumber. I think it says a lot about a company who hires veterans. I'll never call anyone but Regional Plumbing and Heating for the types of services they provide."

"I hired them to remodel my motherâ s bathroom. She is very pleased with the work."

"We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."

"The gentleman that came to do the electric for my sump pump in the basement was a gentleman did great cleanup great work courteous kind very informative. This was the first step prior to having the drains put in. This was the Electrician and he was excellent."
