"We had no hot water and no water at all in the master bathtub in our new (to us) house. I had talked with other plumbers and had one come over to see what the problem was. They all made guesses. "Joe was absolutely amazing. Our shower was way more than a simple rip and replace. We had rotten wood, wrong plumbing, questionable construction decisions, and probably a lot more wtf moments. Joe is a gem to work with! He kept us informed on what was going on, what his game plan was, what he saw wrong, and what he could possibly do to fix the mess. Every step of the way, Joe was friendly, professional, and trust worthy. He did a great job! I really felt bad for him because of how bad I knew it was before he even dug in. He did not let that affect his demeanor or performance. I can not speak more highly of him. I LOVE MY SHOWER NOW!! It?s so beautiful.
