"When sewage suddenly started backing up into our bathtub, I was overwhelmed and panicking about what we were going to do with three daughters at home. I started searching for a local plumber and kept seeing Burnham’s Plumbing recommended so I called. Max answered and instead of rushing me off the phone, he took a few minutes just to calm me down and reassure me that everything would be okay. Even though he was busy, he found a way to come help us. He quickly identified the plumbing issue and fixed it in the most efficient and affordable way possible so it was doable for our family that same day. If you need an honest, professional, kind and a truly caring plumber, we highly recommend Burnham’s Plumbing. Max went above and beyond for our family and we are incredibly grateful!"

"We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."

"They were very costly and said that they could only install the shower, when, in fact, we needed plumbing done plus a shower install. We ended up finding a reliable plumber who did both, and for a much better price. Once we gave AHD our phone number, they called us regularly, as well, which was quite annoying."

"They did a great job replacing my tub with a walk in shower in Mt. Juliet. Would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs a shower."

"The tub was purchased by the Plumbing company I Hired to instal it"

"They helped fix the water connection issue that I had with my washer/dryer unit. They were professional, quick, and polite. I’d absolutely get help from them again!"

"My wife and I are very happy with our bathroom remodel. All we had to do ourselves is pick out our paint color and paint our bathroom. The step in shower, toilet, vanity, mirror, lighting and exhaust fan we ordered all had the quality we wanted and expected. ImProvit have a lifetime warranty on everything they did plus the lifetime warranty is transferable to new owners if we ever decided to sell our home. Other bathroom remodel companies only offered us the step in shower with a one day turnaround to install. We would have to hire someone else to install the toilet, vanity, lighting and exhaust fan. We didnâ t like the idea of having 3 maybe 4 different contractors working on one small bathroom at the same time and if something went wrong with the project the only ones to blame would be ourselves. Only thing left for us to do now is hire another quality contractor to do our floors in our bathroom and master bedroom at the same time now."

"Hats off to Blake, Arnold, Yoni and team leader Ricardo for doing an awesome job installing our perimeter drain system, sub pumps, and wall moisture barrier. They were knowledgeable, talented, and professional. They showed up on time every day and kept us in the communication loop. Looking forward to having a dry basement in the 50 year old house that we bought last summer. Our sales consultant, Rob L., was also a wealth of information and helped us find an affordable solution to our water issue. We definitely would recommend the Huntsville office of AFS to others!"
