My existing line went under an out building and was made of old clay pipe, so an all around bad deal. Other plumbers wanted to line the pipe and really couldn't guarantee their fix would work for the quoted price. There could be more problems we just can't see yet. SAP came in and said let's just replace the whole thing, go around the building and call it good. It will be fixed. And the price quoted was thousands less than the other 2 quoted me.
