"Plumbing repairs can be a pain. It started with what I thought could be a simple fix, but ended up being a full replacement of all my drain pipes leading to my main drain out to the street. Overall, the repair was expensive, but I felt confident I got what I paid for. The workmanship and professionalism throughout the project was great. The plumbers worked non-stop for almost 10 hours and everything was always to code and it felt like no corners were ever cut to just "finish" the job. Also, the little things like wearing masks and coverings of their shoes for the whole job added to the high-level of polish in their service. I would gladly use Sutherland Plumbing again for any of my professional plumbing needs."

"I purchased a large pedestal sink when Covid hit and discovered the plumbing needed work before I could install it. I called Henco plumbing and Joe came out and explained what they would need to do to install my new Pedestal sink, he answered my questions and concerns and gave me a quote for the job. Adrian came out today and reworked the 1935 plumbing and installed the new sink. He did an awesome job. The plumbing work is perfect and hidden behind the pedestal. The caulking work was excellent. In addition, we replaced the vanity, light fixtures, countertop, plumbing fixtures, flooring, etc. Alex was very responsive to our initial inquiry and subsequent questions. It was an expensive project, but the bid was fair and we were given more affordable options when possible, while keeping the quality outstanding. Our Project Manager Gary was easy to work with, kept us informed and kept to the schedule. He was onsite for most of the work and we had no issues with any of the subcontractors. The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."

"David evaluated my issue and was very honest and forth coming in the fact that though I had been told I needed to replace my sewer line under my house that my line was OK. Though he did not do the hydro flush I did need he referred me to another company to have the work done. I will be using hm on any future plumbing jobs and would refer him to anyone needing an honest business man to do a job for them."
