"Saved the day! Waking up to no hot water with a house full of kiddos trying to take showers was not fun. Central Plumbing & Mechanical was so responsive and efficient. They had a new one installed and working brilliantly in no time. Such nice people, very willing and happy to help. So very refreshing in the world we live in today. My new go to for all things plumbing. THANK YOU!"

"The workers were good , except the toilet they installed was leaking and we have to call a plumber to fix it ."

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

"James and Eric have been great! They have explained every aspect of the job they are going to do. They have a detailed and quality materials that they will use. I was very impressed by their professionalism!"

"The sales associate that came out to our house was amazing. That is the only reason why this company is getting three stars. I understand that they are high-quality work but just to remodel my bathtub was $24,000. I can remodel my whole entire bathroom for less than 15,000 and that is including bathtub toilet flooring and a new vanity, I understand it is high-quality but what is the likelihood that somebody is gonna live in their house for 40 to 50 years let alone every 10 to 15 years outdated I am so sorry but I am not paying five times the amount just because you are a namebrand"

"Our recent experience with Final Cut General Contracting was amazing. We have a cabin at Stevens Pass that needed extensive repairs due to water damage. Although it was a complicated project to coordinate due to the distance from suppliers and supply chair problems, it was handled very professionally. I really appreciate how closely he stayed in touch with us about the project and sent many photos as the work progressed. Since we live in the Seattle area, it was not possible for us to keep close tabs on the project in person. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and does beautiful work. I highly recommend Final Cut General Contracting!"

"Shepherd Plumbing was great to work with - quick response time! Technicians were courteous and professional. My only complaint would be the amount charged for services - especially the charge to travel to Ellensburg."

"Please let Waymaker Plumbing be your first option. Unfortunately, I called and hired another company prior to hiring them. The other company quoted me at a ridiculous price and charged me just for coming out. The plumber didnâ t even look at what was wrong. I suggested what the problem could be. Luckily James Evanoff still followed up with a call. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and quoted me at half the price of the original company I hired. He sent Mike to fix the problem. He was very courteous and knowledgeable also. The cartridge behind the faucet was replaced in no time. Iâ ll definitely be using them again should a plumbing issue arise."
