Jeff and his son came to my house at 10:30 pm to fix the problem and the following Monday at 8:00 in the early morning to complete the repairs needed. J.Griffin was the only p;umber out of six other plumbers whom I called who was willing to come and help me, to which I am grateful. I have already passed along his name."

"Exchanged messages with Mike to describe work needed, replace an outdoor faucet and shutoff value (previous faucet was leaking). He gave an estimate, reviewed work to be done. Replaced outdoor spigot with a frost-proof spigot, put on new value. Quick test and validation. Professional, efficient and happy with work done! Thank you Mike !"

We also discovered cracks in our waste line and he replaced all of the original cast iron lines in the basement and coordinated with the contractor who replaced our exterior water and sewer lines unexpectedly. "After considerable comparing and contrasting replacement costs for a gas water heater, it was clear that Coastal Plumbing and Heating are an ethically-driven business model. The first quote I received included costly replacement items germane according to the first quote. When compared to and discussed with Coastal Plumbing and Heating not only were the so-called necessary add-ons unnecessary, the cost was dramatically reduced. Retaining Coastal saved me $2,718.45. Both quotes were for the exact same brand replacement tank. And . . . this is important they arranged their schedule to come the same day they were contacted after hearing I did not have hot water for 3 days. Should there be future plumbing issues in my home, I wouldn't hesitate to call Ken, the owner and licensed plumber of Coastal Plumbing and Heating. Ken and his son worked together, completed the work in a timely manner, no additional costs above the quoted amount and are very respectful. "They came out right away and assessed the situation to let us know that we needed to hire a plumber right away. He fixed the drains until we could get a plumber out there. They were able to clean out the clog in our drain to have some water flow."

"Brian and his crew were great. Brian came out and gave a great estimate for everything I needed. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. Jim was very thorough and professional and, by all accounts, did great work. I’ll be using Heavy Doody for all of my future plumbing and heating needs!"

"Nick installed two faucets which I'd previously bought and a couple of water hammer arresters on my washing machine. He was professional, on time, and very well organized! His initial estimate was great and that is what he charged. Very reasonable and professional. Several other plumbing companies had proposed dramatically different and higher estimates.
