"Brandon is a master plumber with skill, fantastic attention to detail and customer service. While my project had a few extra requirements he handled them with ease. I had a clogged drain and needed a new sink drain pipe/trap installed. Everything was completed beyond my expectations. We also discussed the state of several other plumbing areas in the house and he quoted out what these projects would be. No mystery, and everything is well within reason, price wise, and I can trust that Brandon will get the job done right."

"I began installing a replacement dishwasher in our 59-year-old house and ran into a hot water line connection incompatibility problem. Jim quickly and efficiently resolved that problem and also pointed out and corrected a couple of other problems that would probably have jeopardized the installation. I have engaged a number of plumbers over the years but can think of none who were more pleasant to deal with than Jim Trudo. I will most certainly call him for any future problems and can unequivocally recommend him to anyone looking for a quality job at a reasonable price."

"Brian and his crew were great. Brian came out and gave a great estimate for everything I needed. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. Jim was very thorough and professional and, by all accounts, did great work. I’ll be using Heavy Doody for all of my future plumbing and heating needs!"
