He chatted with me and walked me through some possible fixes I may be able to do on my own and then gave me a quote when I wasn’t able to fix the issue. Set me up with an appointment early the next morning and he was right on time and got me fixed up super quickly so I could still make it to work. He even gave me some maintenance tips to help keep my old toilet working correctly and help me get some more life out of it. Super helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and fairly priced. Cannot recommend him enough. Bonus recommendation if you’re looking for a local guy that owns and operates his own business. No big corporation, and when you call, you’re talking to the person that will do the work. Direct communication, solid work, and lots of friendly, helpful tips. If you need any plumbing work you need done, Matt is your guy. Very strong recommendation."
