"When I first contacted Odyssey Plumbing. The initial phone call I had with Stephen was very positive and helpful. Shortly after, Jake showed up promptly and ready to work! I showed him my new sink that I wanted replaced and he provided a very reasonable price up front! As soon as I agreed, he started immediately and did not stop until it was complete! The end results was exactly what I had hoped for and everything works perfectly! I will absolutely call this company back for any of my plumbing needs!"

"Damian was the BEST when he came out to fix my plumbing!!! I would ONLY want Damian to fix any plumbing problems I may have! His customer service was EXCELLENT!!! He cared about my family and make sure everything was working properly!! I would give him 10 stars if I could!! THANKS DAMIAN!!!"

"I hired Nolan to fix the stopped up sink in the bathroom and also replace the outdoor faucet that was leaking. He did an excellent job and I have now found a plumber for any and all future plumbing jobs."

"Greg, the installer for ReBath was very efficient and professional. There was existing wall damage that he fixed. He added some plumbing and fixtures to make the new shower easier to use. The new shower walls complimented the color of the existing bathroom walls. He was professional and neat. Thank you, Greg, for a great job."

"Troy and the entire installation team were excellent! Arrived on time and started working immediately. Communication was very good and their work ethic was outstanding! They made sure our furniture was moved safely - tarps were placed from door to door to protect our floors - they made a special effort to keep the wife informed and allowed her to place the various components (grab bars, compartments, etc) so there would be no angst at the end. Cleaned up their work areas (inside and out) and hauled away old tub and panels) - made sure both of us understood the mechanics of the equipment and allowed me one extra day before signing off on the project for some antagonistic testing. I feel this team demonstrated everything that the salesman promised and more which is rarely the case. Well done gentleman!"

"Yes. Jacob, my service tech, diagnosed the problem with our garbage disposal.. He removed, replaced and ran the new garbage disposal. No problem. Jacob did a fantastic professional job. In addition I am very pleased with Shepherd Plumbing quick response and ease of making contact with Brandon, the owner. I would highly recommend them."

"He called to let us know he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem quickly and did the needed repair. He also took an extra minute to make one additional unrelated small repair. He also looked at a third issue and gave his opinion about the needed repair. He was very professional and we would certainly use him again."

"Installed a bathtub. Excellent completed job. The two men working were very pleasant and wanted to make sure that I was pleased with the completed job. They were very good at cleaning up when the job was finished. I could not say anything negative about them or their work. Great job!"
