I chose to go with trenchless option. My regular plumber quoted me an outrageous price and New Flow Plumbing quoted me half of that for the exact same work. Vito and his crew came out early and n the morning and finished the same day. I have a rock scape and I can barely see that there was a disturbance, they put everything back the way I had it! "Marco is amazing! Our water heater was leaking and we had no idea how long it had been going on, so we were very concerned. We contacted Home Advisor and Marco called us within minutes. He was here in less than 2 hours. The price was reasonable and he explained everything very clearly. He was back in less than 2 hours with all the parts and a new water heater. Install was completed 2 hours later. Who would have thought you could get that kind of same day service!! I called a couple of other plumbers before contacting Home Advisor, and still have not heard back from them. :( Marco owns a small family business so not only do I recommend him for his price, response time and super friendly customer service, but it feels great to support a small business instead of a big box store.
