Nate worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and getting the best product and prices possible. He really made us feel like family. Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. "We contacted Sunny Lee in November about hail damage to our SFH this summer. He assessed the roofing damage & later was present when the 3rd party inspector from the insurance company came out. Ultimately my claim was approved at 100%, less deductible, for replacement of the entire roof. Sunny kept in contact by phone or stopping by our house to explain the process, select the shingles & schedule the work. He handled the claim paperwork on his end. It was pretty seamless. From signing the contract to the new roof installation took about a month. The installation of the roof was accomplished in one day by a 7-man crew. Sunny supervised the delivery of the shingles & accessories as well as the final installation & cleanup. He came back the next day to further remove any stray nails from our property. Overall we are quite pleased with the job & process & couldn’t recommend him more highly."
