Get matched with top roofers in Brentwood, MD

"We had our roof replaced by Springfield roofing and they did an excellent job. Andre was easy to work with, professional, and timely. We are really happy with the work!"

"We bought our house in 2012 in Montgomery County, MD. The roof was past its design life when we bought the place, and although there were no signs of leaks, we decided to put a new roof on the house in 2016 - better to get it done before problems arise than after. Central was great. I forgot to move my car out of the driveway the morning they were scheduled to start work but they managed to make things work anyway. My handyman happened to stop by while they were working and told me it looked like they knew what they were doing, which was comforting. The real proof, though, is my roof has been on the house for 4 years, including the wettest year on record here in the DC area, with no signs of leaks anywhere in the house. This may not seem impressive - roofs aren't supposed to leak. However, both my sister and parents have had new roofs put on their houses in the intervening years - they live several States away so could not use Central Exteriors. Both had leak issues after having the new roofs put on and had to have the roofer come back out to fix things - in my sister's case it took several return visits and some major work to make things right. Central Exteriors were price competitive with other roofing companies I consulted with, and gave me a 50 year warranty on the shingles and workmanship, which nobody else offered. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Very pleased."

"We were convinced to have our roof done after the roofing expert inspected our roof and sat us down for his presentation. We appreciated the time spent to explain the project management plan from the delivery of materials to the post-installation inspection. Everyone we met was very professional and the clean up crew did a great job."

"Certified Roofing was fantastic. They promptly sent a technician out to diagnose my problem and promptly made repairs. Their prices were very reasonable."

"Our company contact Aaron was patient, professional and took the time to educate us about roof components and their installation."

"Informative and friendly first meeting, complete with detailed photos of the entire roof and an explanation of the process, followed by 1-day installation of a new roof, with excellent workmanship and a hardworking crew."

"Didnt try to sell me new roof. Just fixed the leak and cleaned mh gutters."

"I had a great experience with Falcon Roofing, especially working with Jawan! He was professional, helpful, and made the whole process so easy. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciated how responsive and reliable he was throughout the process. Highly recommend Jawan and Falcon Roofing to anyone looking for quality roofing services!"

"Work (involving 3 separate roofs and a gutter repair) was done efficiently and effectively, and they were willing to meet a lower price that was offered by one of their competitors. While the proof will be in the roofs' performance over time, so far, we are fully satisfied!"
