"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"The above list is what we paid for. Everything was done professionally, and in a timely manner. I expect craftsmen to do a professional job. What is not listed are all the extras that Art did because he knew they needed to be done. When he went on our roof to examine the leaking skylight, he saw that the flashing was put on backwards. He proceeded to check all roof vents and chimney. He found that the flashing was consistently installed backwards. He went ahead and fixed them at no additional cost. 
When he installed the kitchen Solatube, he had to remove a ceiling fan/light fixture. We asked him to install the fan in the breezeway which he did - again at no extra charge.
We moved into this house last December and have had many contractors doing repairs and renovations. Art has been definitely the best contractor we have hired. He kept us informed of when he would be available, he showed up when he said he would, did high quality professional work and he really does have a 'sunny' disposition.
Everyone who comes to our house is impressed with the amount of light the Solatubes provide in our house. We have lots of shade trees on the south side of the house so do not get a lot of light through windows in summer. This is no longer a problem because of the Solatubes.
Our Velux skylight is leakproof and has a solar powered automatic closure when rain is detected. I didn't think this was really a necessary feature, but have found that it has saved me from disaster a number of times already!
