We had three separate areas leveled (The two driveway areas previously had water pooling near the foundation of the garage and home every time it rained. The A/C unit was not leveled when we moved in this past winter). "Lee is the best, hands down.  I own a rental property in Ferndale and the city requires an inspection of the fireplace every two years.  Lee is the only person I have ever used and he is always on time, super friendly, always does  a great job cleaning the fireplace and then cleaning up.  I've also used him for the random one off repair like patching broken concrete steps and also patching around the foundation of my brick house.

"The Angie's List Company name is shown as JB Professional Chimney & Masonry Services. The President is Sean Harrington and the name I made the check to. Sean performed the service on one of our rental properties. He was punctual, and took great care to insure no soot or debris flew onto the flooring or walls - KUDOS! He had some very hi-tech equipment and performed the service very well. Upon completion, his camera showed a clean flu, a clean fireplace and the structural shape of the Chimney. A report was made and reviewed and a hard copy with pictures was promised but never delivered. This is the only reason I gave them a B instead of an A for responsiveness. A repair was suggested but did not think it was necessary at the time. I will revisit this at our next appointment. I would recommend using this service for all your fireplace needs."

"We were very impressed with 4-Ever Water-Tite. When we found water leaking from a basement wall Robert promptly came to give us an estimate. We had three different companies come out and 4-Ever Water-Tite's bid was right in the middle price-wise. We chose them because Robert seemed the most reputable (we did not feel like he was just giving a sales pitch, he was quick to get back to us when we had questions, you could tell he knew what he was doing, and his method of fixing our problem didn't involve any shortcuts like other companies, he does not subcontract out, etc). His crew was professional and communicated with us throughout the process, they pulled all the appropriate permits, they cleaned up after themselves... I really don't think we could have asked for a better crew. They also discovered a leak in a pipe that drains two sinks on our first floor which was due to the old pipe having rotted away. His crew dug up the floor and had their plumber come in, replace the pipe, and bring it up to code all on the same day that the problem was discovered and for what we felt was a very minor added cost!

My husband and I highly recommend 4-Ever Water-Tite and look forward to hopefully working with the in the future to rebuild our sunroom and replace our custom front door (FYI they do more than just basement waterproofing!)

"The leveling part itself was awesome. Justin was very detailed in making sure the floor was leveling properly, the gaps were filling in correctly, and that the leveling mixture was mixed appropriately. He showed me all the steps and why they were doing them. The reason I rated them good was because the cleanup could have been much better. They basically just washed out their wheelbarrows with the leftover concrete onto my front lawn. And the one helper spent most of the day wasting my water by spraying down the driveway to allegedly clean it, but it really didn't end up clean at all. Overall, the service that I paid for was to level my garage floor, and that was done professionally and perfectly."

"We started with getting a new cement driveway and porch cap installed and added the patio and walkway as the additional cost was so reasonable. The crew did a great job and we are very pleased with the end result. They kept everything in our yard clean and were very careful of our flower beds.
