"I wish my first call had been to Eddie and Repair Tech Plus. He fixed my TV after another repair service told me the situation was hopeless if I didn't spend an unreasonable amount of money with them (after, of course, they'd missed their first appointment with me). The best part of dealing with Eddie instead was his professional and friendly approach; he was prompt, on-time, informative, and frank. He always returned phone calls as promised, showed up as agreed. As an authorized technician, he always called the TV company direct if there were any technical issues that needed dealing with. During the initial diagnostic visit, he very honestly talked to me about the cons of repair -- that depending on which component needed to be replaced, it may approach the cost of simply buying a new (albeit smaller) set. "I have been very impressed with Mr. DeWitt's level of expertise and professionalism. I have an older home (1957) with many non-standard sized fixtures, door frames, etc. and Mr. DeWitt has had to research and come up with creative solutions for fixing/replacing problems. THAT THE OUTDOOR FAN MOTOR WAS BURNT AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, HE DID NOT HAVE THE MOTOR WITH HIM
BUT HE WOULD BE ABLE TO PICK IT UP TODAY HE SAID. HE GAVE ME THE PRICE THAT I AGREED ON IT, HE LEFT AND IN ABOUT ONE HOUR HE CAME BACK INSTALLED THE NEW MOTOR, CHECK THE PRESSURES ON THE UNIT, AND WITHING A FEW MINUTES I STARTED TO FEEL THE COLD AIR COMING OUT.  HE ALSO EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE INDOOR AND OUTDOOR COILS NEEDED TO BE CLEANED, I AM PLANING TO CALL THEM BACK TO CLEAN MY SYSTEM, I AM GLAD I FOUND HVAC EVOLUTION ON LINE, THEY WERE FAST, RELIABLE, AND THEIR PRICE WAS NOT AT ALL THAT BAD FOR THE KIND OF SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.
