I called him for pressure washing and ended up going forward with having him paint my interior walls after asking if he could help and showed so much care and dedication to the process. Jay did wonders with the pressure washing, removing 5 year+ stains that no handyman or myself could previously remove. And then helped me pick the paint colors for the house, prepare the area for painting with covering furniture, did an amazing job with the painting, and even helped me put the area back together. "The big deal for 69 dollars for whole house electrical inspection from Paradise Construction turned out to be a 'B' on the grading scale. I guess I was expecting more in the inspection. It was a while for them to come for the service after the big deal service but it was because of me, it took me a while to arrange for it and then they came out. They responded quickly. There were no additional charges on top of the 69 dollars. I guess I was expecting a little more on the quality. They reponded quickly. Maybe I would consider using them again in the future."

Based on all how he has completed quite a few interior projects, including assembling small furniture pieces, I assume that the project will be satisfactorily completed. Used kiln dried fir wood as opposed to wet pine you typically purchase at the local home improvement stores. <br /> Double K also installed fire blocks (not in original scope of work) that were necessary to pass the local framing permit inspection. Neal was very helpful assisting me with my design concepts and provided solutions to some design flaws that did not occur to me until he pointed them out. I would like to also add the drywall contractor asked me who did the framing because he was very impressed with the workmanship. I would use Double K Contractors Inc. again. Below are some which I requested for Visit and quote: Major Named Contractors whose newspaper/ad pamphlets comes in the mail every day with coupons: Price: 4 times what, Arora Remodeling coated me. Time: 2-3 months to finish the project. (3 weeks to get the material). Lots of promise for 5-10 years of warranty on parts (Note: Still must pay for Labor). National contractors Price: 3 times Time: 2-3 months Some contractors cannot do electrical, gas, wall changes. they need to call multiple contractors (increasing my cost). With Arora Remodeling the price was fair, good quality work. The project was completed before time (4 weeks was committed), took 3 weeks to complete.
