"They are excellent.  They are open 24/7 and their emergency staff is there 24/7 so they give our cat very good hours so it is easy to get the cat checked in for appointments or cancel it if it is not working.  Their vets are very professional and they are very good about corresponding with emails or be it simple questions, we just email the vet and they get back to us without us having to go in and make a whole appointment about it.  They have just been very wonderful.  We had 2 cats now and we had an older cat that we had to put down a year and half ago and they were just very supportive about the process and very thoughtful.  They treated us very well and treated our cat very well."

"My wife and I selected Arora Remodeling to do a complete remodeling of our home after we had a major flood throughout our home. The damaged was on all three floors. The work involved knocking down some drywalls and replacing hard wood floors on all three floors. Removing, designing, and installing vanities on master bathroom and kids’ bathroom. Adding seamless shower glass panel installation and tiles in the master bathroom. Removing existing cabinets from the main kitchen, designing, and installing off set beautiful kitchen cabinets. Removing granites from kitchen cabinets and replacing them with quartz countertops and installing a farmhouse sink. Addition to that they also installed us few pendant lights above our kitchen island and many recessed lights. They also added vent duct behind the wall for our kitchen microwave hood. They also painted the whole house. I am very satisfied with the results and I would have been happy with the time it took to finish the project if it weren’t for the unfortunate event of Covid-19 delay. One other thing I loved about Arora Remodeling was, they were always upfront of the costs of the different project and there were no surprises in the cost once the project is signed and started. I also love the contract in bulk system they have. The more you do the more you save. Regarding communication with Arora Remodeling, If you want to reach Rajiv just pick up your phone and call him, he will pick up his phone in the first ring. But he is not the email and text quick respond type of guy. But good thing was he has Ruby an amazing communicator who will get back to you quick and set up an appointment with Rajiv ASAP. Also one thing I loved about Arora Remodeling was I have direct contact to his amazing workers especially to Lucio to check on updates and for a quick visit of the project site. Overall, I love what they did in our new kitchen, master bathroom, living room, dining room, family room and our basement. Arora Remodeling also did a great job of waterproofing my patio. Giving me an additional relaxing space under my deck during rain or a sunny day."
