"I wish my first call had been to Eddie and Repair Tech Plus. He fixed my TV after another repair service told me the situation was hopeless if I didn't spend an unreasonable amount of money with them (after, of course, they'd missed their first appointment with me). The best part of dealing with Eddie instead was his professional and friendly approach; he was prompt, on-time, informative, and frank. He always returned phone calls as promised, showed up as agreed. As an authorized technician, he always called the TV company direct if there were any technical issues that needed dealing with. During the initial diagnostic visit, he very honestly talked to me about the cons of repair -- that depending on which component needed to be replaced, it may approach the cost of simply buying a new (albeit smaller) set. I decided to go ahead with the repair anyway, and Eddie did everything he could to make sure we got it repaired efficiently and in a timely manner. "Our old Kenmore washer started making horrible noises.  Bailed it out and contacted our home warranty company, Old Republic.  They sent our request to one of their contractors, Appliance Protection, LLC .  Old Republic said that I would hear from Appliance Protection, LLC by that afternoon.  I didn't hear back from Appliance Protection, LLC. so that evening I called and explained that I was covered by Old Republic and was told that they had not been contacted by Old Republic. I was put on their schedule for the following day.  As promised, Sam showed up within the time period I was given.  He had the part with him and was able to make the repair quickly.  His fee was $75, which is the cost to us through our Old Republic coverage

"We used Mega Kitchen and Baths for a gut renovation and remodeling of a home that we recently purchased. Mega did great work from design through construction, installation, and finishing touches. Ibrahim promptly met all of our requests, and their workmanship was excellent. Katherine Bradshaw was an invaluable resource. She helped us select all of the hardware, colors, cabinets, tiles, etc. We decided to go with Mega in large part because of a walk-through of the house with Kat and her drawings for the kitchen. In the end, we were very glad that we chose Mega. Kat was a knowledgeable designer who listened to us and provided great input throughout the process. Both Kat and Ibrahim were always accessible and returned all communications promptly. It was a big job but Ibrahim and his team finished on time (on a tight schedule) and were thorough about taking care of everything on our punch list. We interviewed a number of contractors and Mega provided experience, value, and customer service. In short, we highly recommend the company and will use them again for any future projects."

"I have been very impressed with Mr. DeWitt's level of expertise and professionalism. I have an older home (1957) with many non-standard sized fixtures, door frames, etc. and Mr. DeWitt has had to research and come up with creative solutions for fixing/replacing problems.
