"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Very well. I love working with Kurt. He's thorough, thoughtful, attentive, and seems thoroughly on top of the issues. We did not have a "smoking gun" prior to calling Kurt - we wanted to just have our home inspected just as a precaution, given our allergies - and he didn't find any huge problems during the inspection or actual work. Issues were confined to the basement and were easily fixed in 1.5 days. Work was performed promptly, professionally, and very neatly by Kurt's team. I found Kurt conservative in his approach, not going in search of a problem where one didn't seem to exist.

"I thought they were professional and nice, but they tried to repair my same appliance three times and it still didn't work. They were telling me one thing, but were telling my home warranty company something different. When I requested all three of us get on the phone to clarify the misunderstanding, Repair Tech Plus declined. As a result, I have to schedule another company to come out and start all over again with the assessment. This should have already been closed out so I could order a new appliance."

"Murphy Family Services was excellent from start to finish. I used an Angie's List 4-hours of work deal... Mike the electrician was awesome! He called ahead, arrived early, performed a ton of work and educated me about some important things to look out for. Also, there were no hidden fees or tricks on how much it actually cost. I will always be calling these guys for electrical help."

"Our old Kenmore washer started making horrible noises.  Bailed it out and contacted our home warranty company, Old Republic.  They sent our request to one of their contractors, Appliance Protection, LLC .  Old Republic said that I would hear from Appliance Protection, LLC by that afternoon.  I didn't hear back from Appliance Protection, LLC. so that evening I called and explained that I was covered by Old Republic and was told that they had not been contacted by Old Republic. I was put on their schedule for the following day.  As promised, Sam showed up within the time period I was given.  He had the part with him and was able to make the repair quickly.  His fee was $75, which is the cost to us through our Old Republic coverage

"Joshua was very professional and gave us a lot information on our options for repair and/or replacement. Diagnostic price was very fair and he was able to come out within an hour of contacting us. Would definitely hire again!"

"We used Mega Kitchen and Baths for a gut renovation and remodeling of a home that we recently purchased. Mega did great work from design through construction, installation, and finishing touches. Ibrahim promptly met all of our requests, and their workmanship was excellent. Katherine Bradshaw was an invaluable resource. She helped us select all of the hardware, colors, cabinets, tiles, etc. We decided to go with Mega in large part because of a walk-through of the house with Kat and her drawings for the kitchen. In the end, we were very glad that we chose Mega. Kat was a knowledgeable designer who listened to us and provided great input throughout the process. Both Kat and Ibrahim were always accessible and returned all communications promptly. It was a big job but Ibrahim and his team finished on time (on a tight schedule) and were thorough about taking care of everything on our punch list. We interviewed a number of contractors and Mega provided experience, value, and customer service. In short, we highly recommend the company and will use them again for any future projects."
