They gave me a forewarning that they would do their best to get rid of the problem. It looked a little beat up but they did a good job. shortly after i put the rug down i realized a faded spot, and then some time later I moved some of my furniture and saw some spots on the rug that they had been eaten away, i don't think it was their fault but they forewarned me that it would show the effects of hard moth removal when i received it, the other rug they cleaned looked wonderful as usual. The estimate we got over the phone was pretty close considering most of the areas to be cleaned were nonstandard (several walk in closets, two staircases, etc.) and the overall cost wasn't too bad."
