"I was really needing someone to fix my A/C and clean up the mess that it left behind when it leaked through my ceiling. I went into the office as I normally do on Sunday and found the most mess I have ever. My ceiling had caved in on top on my desk apparently after talking to Landon From Southern Kentucky Home Pros He explained everything in detail of what it would take to fix it , How much it cost and the time to do so. The problem I had mostly is that No one usually is available through the week much less on Sunday. They made themselves available. They came in this morning at 7:30a and worked continuously until 8:00p. I could not ask for nicer and courteous workers. They Were Great. I will definitely hire them again and refer them. "WOW! Such great service!! One of the owners called me within 1 hr. of notice of my clogged drain. He promised to go out and did that following day in the afternoon. The problem turned out to be a huge problem in that the drain from the bathroom was also clogged so it was back up toward the kitchen. He had to return another day to finish. He worked in the rain some of the time. This man and his help had to dig around to find where the drain came out from the kitchen and unclog it and the other end. He cleaned up very well fixing all the holes he had dug. He even marked the clean out in case this had to be done again in the future. I cannot say enough good things about this company! You cannot find a better plumber any where in this area and his price was very reasonable and fair. On a scale of 1-5, he’s a 10!"

He does a great job, cleans up after his work is completed, and will always provide good advice on your projects."

"This was an interesting concept, but the process was cumbersome, slow,
and ultimately not too helpful. My wife an I were stuck on what to do
with redecorating, so this seemed like a good idea. For us at least, it
was not productive. It took several attempts to get a response and when
we did get a response, it was sort of vague. A few color swatches, links
to a couple of pieces of furniture, and that was about it. Our goal was
to get started with this and then move on to one-on-one consulting with
them, but the initial interaction didn't motivate us to move
forward. It is by no means a rip off. They do what they say, it just
wasn't working for us. Maybe as the idea matures it will improve. I suspect that if they raised the price they might be able to offer a more beneficial initial process.
