"I would definitely recommend this company, the repairman was totally honest about what was wrong with my unit which was just a loose wire and he took the time to clean of the vents with out any extra charge….."

"Overall, it was an excellent experience. Josh was extremely knowledgeable, explaining what had been done incorrectly the last time the roof was replaced, and the steps that would be taken to remedy the situation. The estimate appointment lasted about an hour between examining the roof and reviewing the products / answering any questions we had. We appreciated that it wasn't a 2.5 hour song and dance like other roofing companies had done. The estimate was not the lowest we received (nor the highest), but was within reason, and we got what we paid for- in this case, a professional, efficient installation with an excellent warranty. Installation took one day. When we brought a minor issue with one of the vents to their attention a few weeks later, they came out the next day to fix it. I recommend this company."

"I had called prior to purchasing the certificate to make sure they had a big enough ladder to install the curtain rod and was told yes, but when I went to book the service, was told they don't have one that can do the job. They were polite, but it was disappointing as I was told incorrect info."

"They were great! Fast, careful and through. It looked like I bought new windows."

"BGE Home beat the nearest competitive pricey a couple of hundred dollars. Their representative knew what he was talking about. He, and the crew that replaced the unit, were on time. The crew worked quickly, replacing the whole unit in a few hours. They respected our home, offering some alternatives for a plant that might have to be moved to allow access to the outside unit. The rep even offered to loan us 2 window air conditioning units free, because our unit had to be replaced in the middle of a heat wave and it would be a few days until they could replace ours. (We did not take advantage of this offer, as we were going to be out of town anyway in the interim.)"

"The job went great. Earl & his co-worker did a very nice job, installed great & demonstrated how to use it correctly. Customer Service was excellent. Will call again if need any future work done.

"The work went very well.  They were punctual, polite and professional.  They cleaned both the windows and the screens for a very good price."

"Very satisfactory from estimate to installation"

"The service went great. Two installers came out and completed the work in less than a day. They were very thorough and neat in their work. They had to move everything out of the garage and made sure to move everything back the way we liked. We have had no trouble at all with the system. We have been able to put it to good use and I feel like the quality of product is very durable. It brightens the garage space and makes everything so much nicer. We have not had to call in for any replacement parts. It was very easy to schedule the service, as well. I have recommended the company to others."
