"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. "The original issue was getting a leak repaired from the A/C.  They were not able to find and repair the leak.  I don't blame them though.  They repaired the attic crawl space access hole, which I am happy it is safer, but I am unhappy that the A/C line was not confirmed to be repaired.  I was only able to get the ceiling painted and I think they may have damaged my A/C.  The A/C worked before the repair and did not work after.  It is a tenant occupied property so I wasn't able to be present for the repair.  I was a little let down by this service.  The A/C is about a year old and now it is costing me additional money to get it diagnosed and repaired.
