While I was initially satisfied with the patio installation, the quality of their work quickly came into question. Just 11 months after completion, the patio began to sink in several areas, creating large and noticeable gaps between the pavers. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering that the project came with a 5-year craftsmanship warranty, which was a major reason I chose G&G over other (less expensive) contractors. I reached out to Derek Gardner through the contact information provided. He responded at first, apologized for the issue, and assured me that someone would come to inspect the patio by the end of that week. That was over two weeks ago—and no one has come, nor have I received any further communication. I’ve followed up multiple times by phone and email with no response whatsoever. It’s unacceptable that a patio of this cost and supposed quality is already failing in less than a year, and even more troubling that the company is now unresponsive and failing to honor their written warranty.
