The windows slide effortlessly. We had a gutter issue and they came up with a creative idea to manage the water. Our neighbors are stopping to see it. Al was our PM for the demolition and build-out phases. Al had the challenge as PM to coordinate demolition, new flooring on 1st level, electrical changes, cabinet installs and new fixtures that we purchased. They installed new disposal and ceiling fixture at no charge. No change orders on project. No gaps on work sequence. Finished in half of the contracted days. Great company, designer and PM."
