"Daryl and his crew were very respectful and always let us know when they would be coming to our home to work. The estimate and contract we signed was right in line with what we expected the project to cost. During the demolition phase, we decided that we wanted to replace the subfloor after the old wood floor was pulled up, and Daryl and his crew performed the arduous process without an issue. After the demolition phase, the plumbing and electrical work was roughed in quickly to allow the Sheetrock work on the ceiling and walls to move ahead on time. The wood floor and custom cabinets were set ahead of schedule, including all of the cabinet crown molding and custom islands. The granite countertops were set a week after they were measured and the backsplash was tiled soon after that, with care being taken to lay out the unique accent tiles above the range to look better than we expected. Time was taken at the end of the day to make sure we had a safe place for our animals and kids to come home to even though the first floor was a construction zone. For the entire project, Daryl used the best quality materials and building techniques to ensure that we would end up with the best finished product."

Due to the natural spring the property is on top of and the natural drainage of the property, my garage needed to be built well above grade. Ted designed a rock solid above grade foundation, reinforced with steel and a reinforced concrete slab that far exceeded building code requirements. Many admirers were stopping by asking Ted when he would be finished building my bunker as his foundation work was unlike anything they had ever seen. They continued to stop by as he was framing and completing the structure. Again, they could not believe the quality of materials and construction methods TMS Commercial Builders use. As for value, no one will come close to TMS commercial builders. Although I will not discuss the dollar amount I spent on this project, I can tell you that Ted was very reasonable and affordable: $13000-$17000 less than any custom builder (that I would have had to compromise on my vision with) and a pleasantly affordable amount over the prefabricated/pole buildings (including foundation with slab). Ted stayed well within my budget and explained the costs associated every step of the way. Bottom Line: Hire TMS Commercial Builders for any project that you may have. You will be nothing short of impressed with the results from start to finish, a project completed in a timely manner AND at a price you can afford! "Job was done as scheduled with additional items repaired as they appeared while the work was being done. Found owner Gary Howard Sr to be very professional and his team led by his son Gary Jr. were efficient and thorough. I had hired them a few years ago for a roof repair I needed and the excellent job they did then prompted me to call them with the above laundry list of home repairs that needed done. Would certainly recommend and hire them again for future needs."

"Last week Dimitri and his crew finished remodeling 2 of my bathrooms. I am thrilled with the results! They gutted both bathrooms down to the studs and properly rebuilt the walls with cement backer board in the showers and on the floors. These gentlemen are true artists. They painstakingly cut my 12”x24” tiles so that my niche was centered. They took their time to make sure my mosaic accent tile was smooth and even. Since the walls in my old house aren’t square, Dimitri worked his magic to make my vanities fit against the walls. In my Master bathroom, 3 walls were removed in order to enlarge my shower and overall bathroom space. They moved plumbing, set up new electrical sockets and lights, installed a new exhaust fan which vents to the outside and removed a wall in order to put in a smooth gliding pocket door. The installation of a glass frameless shower door and a glass door above the tub was perfect; the doors float along the tracks as smooth as silk. This is a family owned business. Dimitri, his two sons and another crew member came to work on time every day. Even though they worked long hours, it was apparent that they loved their job. I certainly reaped the benefits of their expertise. I highly recommend this company for any remodeling job. I will definitely call them back to remodel my third bathroom and put a composite material like Trex on my deck."

"Gus Moniodis of 4 Seasons Construction, LLC did a fantastic job on remodeling my kitchen. My house was built in the early 70’s and the kitchen needed to be gone. He did a fantastic job on clearing everything out and even worked around my appliances that I was keeping. He was very helpful on suggesting were I could purchase my cabinets and countertop at reasonable prices. Gus also did whatever I asked and even gave suggestions on some things because this was my first venture on doing anything like this. He was very professional and left my house clean, once he was finished for the day. Always on time and communicating which is very important to me. I know who I’ll be calling on my next project!!"

"Last year my husband and I had a new home built. Although we had a deck installed at build, there was no real outside space for entertaining. When Steve from Remodel Max showed up at our door it was perfect timing. We went over all of the options and discussed our wish list. We opted to create a screen room out of the deck and add a paver patio. It was early January when they started the projects so there were considerable delays caused by the weather. As the project moved forward there were some miscommunications regarding the design plans and concerns about the condition of the pavers; however, all it took was a phone call to the owner (Wayne) to get things back on track. Wayne went so far as to get the manufacturer involved to correct the issues. At that point Wayne oversaw all aspects of the project personally. He was always responsive to our calls and texts.
